Privacy policy

What this site records, why, where it is held, and how to have it corrected or erased.

When you create an account

Your name, your phone number — that is what identifies your account —, the interface language, and, if you provide them, your wilaya, your year of birth and a parent's number. No email address is required. When you do not give one, a technical address is generated from your number for the system's internal needs; it serves nothing else and receives no message. When you sign up for a free trial, we also ask for your wilaya and municipality. You may optionally add your address. These self-reported details support trial follow-up and pre-fill a possible later order; they do not create an order or shipment. They are available to authorised follow-up staff and in ADMIN exports. Password confirmation is compared with your first entry and is never retained.

When you order a card

Your first and last name, your phone number and a second number if you give one, your wilaya, your commune and your delivery address, the course ordered, the amount and delivery fee, then the order status and its tracking number with the carrier. This is used to deliver your card and to call you back for confirmation. Ordering does not require an account.

While you study

The time spent on each lesson, where you stopped, what you finished, and which teacher's series completed the lesson. That is what lets you resume in the right place, see your progress, and be offered the explanations that suit you. This tracking is visible only to you and to the site's team.

Technical data

Your IP address and browser type are recorded with your session, and on every attempt to activate a code. Activation attempts are kept to stop codes being guessed at random: it is the system's only protection against that kind of attack, and the first to benefit are the students whose cards would be tested.

Cookies

Cookies keep your session open and remember your chosen language. When you start a free trial, Sanaad also sets sanaad_essai: a random device marker stored in a first-party cookie for up to 400 days. A copy of the same marker is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), with no automatic expiry, to prevent simply deleting the cookie from enabling another trial. You can erase this data in your browser. The trial history keeps SHA-256 hashes of the marker and network address to limit multiple trials per device and network. The raw marker is not stored on the server; it grants no access rights and does not use browser fingerprinting. It is used only to protect the free trial: no third parties, advertising or external audience measurement. When a free trial starts, Sanaad also stores the IP address in readable form and technical categories derived from the User-Agent (operating system, browser, mobile or desktop). This data supports security, abuse prevention and grouping trials from the same network or device. Readable IP access and IP blocking are restricted to administrators. Distinct PDF openings and AI response reservations are counted daily to enforce trial quotas. No precise location or technical browser fingerprint is collected. When you visit the trial page, the first-party sanaad_acquisition cookie, valid for up to 7 days, links visits to signup, the trial and a possible order. We store the acquisition channel and UTM/ref campaign parameters, the referring domain without its full URL, and only the presence of Facebook, TikTok or Google advertising identifiers. Visits, signups, abuse refusals and orders support our internal acquisition reporting. The IP address and device categories also support security; an approximate country, region or city may come from a local GeoIP file when available. Otherwise the location remains unknown. No external location service, precise position or technical browser fingerprint is used. Refused trial requests may also be stored with their network address to detect spam. A burst of refusals may temporarily block new trials from that network; mass automated PDF use may suspend only the trial. These decisions are recorded and can be reviewed by administration. Sales follow-up, internal notes and exports are limited to authorized staff; no score determines paid access rights.

Videos and YouTube

Videos are played from youtube-nocookie.com, and nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play: before that click, the page shows only an image. From the moment you start a video, YouTube receives your request and applies its own rules, over which this site has no control.

Who hosts this data

The application is hosted by Hostinger (France), the database by Neon (Francfort, Allemagne), and the documents with Cloudflare R2. These providers host on behalf of sanaadeduc.com: they do not exploit this data for their own purposes. No data is sold. Optional Meta advertising measurement, described below, is a separate exchange with that third party after your agreement.

Your rights, and accounts of underage students

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@sanaad.co. This service is aimed at middle and secondary school students. A parent or guardian may exercise these rights on a child's behalf and ask for the account to be closed. Closing an account erases the progress attached to it: that is final.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

On the free-trial form, Meta pixel 1729767804776305 loads only when you tick the optional agreement confirming you are at least 13. Nothing loads before that agreement. You can untick before submitting to revoke it; leaving the page stops this integration, which does not remember your choice for another visit. Declining does not affect registration or trial access. Meta may receive your IP address, browser characteristics, the form page, its referrer and advertising identifiers or cookies, including _fbp/_fbc depending on its configuration and your browser settings. This may involve processing abroad under Meta’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can delete or block its cookies in your browser. After successful registration and trial activation, Sanaad sends a Purchase advertising event with an assigned marketing value of 2,900 DZD, labelled trial_signup_proxy and payment_received=false. This signal optimizes advertising; it is not a received payment or a real paid order. The code does not include your name, phone, address, course or sanaad_essai marker in this event’s parameters. Advanced matching and automatic form collection are disabled by the code. This integration is restricted to the public production form and does not track lessons, AI conversations, PDFs or progress. An ad blocker or network failure may prevent measurement without blocking registration.
